It is possible to simulate the LM25141 in combination with CSD86356Q5D Mosfet Array in the Webbench?

    For the above condition (Shared design), MOSFET CSD86356Q5D should not get selected as VDS of the FET is 25V and Input voltage(30V) cross the VDS limit.

    If Vin is reduced within the VDS limit (Vin+Margin<VDS) MOSFET "CSD86356Q5D" should work with quantity one (for both high side and low side). But these fets rank lower on Webench due to comparatively high power loss, price and area. Due to the limitation on the number of alternate fets we show on Webench, you will not be able to find these fets in the list. Please select the alternate FETs from the list for simulation.

    Thank you for your feedback. I had overlooked the maximum voltage, I have now selected the CSD87355Q5D,

    which goes up to 30V, the input voltage is nominal 24V, I have run a new simulation with an input range of 20-28 V.

    Actually, the device would have to be better in terms of area (both FETs in one housing) and the power dissipation should

    also be significantly better than the FETs suggested in the list (Rds 4mR / 1.5mR).

    Since I have little space it is better to have both FETs in one housing.

    You can use CSD87355Q5D FET in both housings with the maximum operating frequency of the device limited to 550KHz.
