bq2022A datasheet specify SDQ pin programming voltage between 11.5V~12V, what is maximum voltage rating for SDQ pin? Since datasheet not mentioned about the maximum rating.

At Vpu it's 7V., we suggest using no more than 12.5V at the SDQ pin as abs max.

It's OTP, current doesn't matter. Programming is done by voltage.
