TPS22920: rise/fall time range at ON pin

Hello,

 

At Figure 42 in the TPS22920 datasheet, ton/toff rise and fall time are 100ns at TI test setup.

Any rise/fall time range, the control signals have to follow?

    Hi Kazuhiko,

    Thank you for reaching out to the E2E forum!

    The TPS22920 does not have a rise/fall time range that the control signal has to follow. The control signal only needs to reach the input voltage range it needs to enable the load switch.

    In Figure 42 the 100ns rise/fall time has an insignificant impact on the rise/fall time of the output.
