UC1825A: UC1825A 5.1V reference voltage

Hello,

I have question regarding the 5.1V reference voltage. Beside initial tolerance, temperature variation and radiation effect, is this 5.1V will change due to aging effect ? Is there some data or equation to calculate this ?

Hey Jason,

The 5.1 V reference for the space grade version of this part (UC1825A-SP) will include testing over life.
