The load current of the TPS650243-Q1 is indicated as 0.8A up to 1A.
We are going to use 1V 1A.

According to the "Voltage Options" table on page 3 of the TPS65024x-Q1 datasheet, the TPS650243-Q1 can only supply up to 0.8A on DCDC3.
Can you use TPS65023-Q1, which has same number of DCDC rails (DCDC1 up to 1.7A, DCDC2 up to 1.2A, DCDC3 up to 1.0A)?
