Hi,

I was browsing for AECQ qualified Buck modules, and this is what comes closest to it.

Is there any data that evaluates in for automotive applications?

    Hi Alberto,

    The LMZ12002EXT has an extended operation junction temperature rating and have been tested to pass vibration and drop standard test. However this part is not automotive qualified.

    The power module portfolio does not have any modules that have been qualified for automotive applications so there are not any data for AECQ qualification.
