My customer would like to know what is the min. VCC voltage that can keep VREF stay at 5V output?

    Hello Vincent,

    You require a typical 16V to guarantee Turn-ON, and the internal regulator will start providing for the Vref voltage.

    Once Vref is high, Vcc can go down to typical 10V before the Undervoltage fault kicks in. 

    This is mentioned in the electrical spec of the datasheet under Undervoltage Lockout section.
