TPS65160: TPS65160 supply issue

Part Number: TPS65160

We are using TPS65160 in our project for TFT display.We are not getting VGL(-5V) as per our design what may be the issue?Vcom is also getting wrong (5V instead of 3.3V)

Please guide.We are using recommended circuit .

    Hello Meenal,

    My apology about the delayed response as some of our team member were on summer holidays recently. Is it that you are getting proper Vs supply (boost voltage) and VGH  but not the VGL? Besides the obvious causes of schematics error or board assembly issues, unfortunately without much other information to go with, it will be hard for me to know what may be causing it to not have proper VGL level. If you send me your schematics, I will be happy to review it to see if I can spot something wrong that can cause it to not have proper VGL voltage.
