in 2016 I got this:

when I try to enter this parameters now, I get this:

did you change the LM3478 so it is no longer possible?

At the moment I have problems with this chip.

    Hi Georg,

    Thank you for considering our device in your design.  As you may know the Webench is keep improving, so you may see something different after a few years.  If you put the TA=-40, the Webench can still generate a design for you.

    I think the main problem that you see is the thermal performance.  The Webench also check the temperature rise and your power level is almost 200W, which appears to be excessive for the LM3478.

    For such high power level, you should consider the LM5122, or maybe dual phase LM5122.   You can find ref designs under the LM5122 product folder at TI.com.
