What are the performance differences between TPS75318EP and TPS753-18? I checked the parameter table. The temperature and basic electrical parameters are the same. What's the difference in the application of EP?

    Hey Zhang,

    The -EP version of the part stands for enhanced plastic.

    Enhanced Plastic has the following benefits-

    Single controlled baseline

    Gold bond wires

    Pure Sn is not used

    Higher temperature range (most of the time)

    Extra qualification and process monitors

    While the electrical specifications are generally similar, there is a lot of extra benefits to EP
