LM4050QML-SP: Conductive / Grounded Lid

Hi. Is the lid on this part conductive, or ceramic? and if it is conductive, is it tied internally, or floating?

Hi Eric,

as the package diagram shows in the datasheet, it is an all ceramic package with no metal lid.

Note that the NC pins are not connected to anything and are floating. They can be left floating or tied to ground depending upon your requirements.
