TPS62736: Orientation incorrect in T&R

A customer is issuing an Supplier Non-conformance Notification (SNN) on

TPS62736RGYT . Per the attached data and images the orientation of various lots are not always correct in the tape and reel. In the short term, the customer is correcting for this with special pick and place programs.

What do we need to do in order to get corrective action ?

Hi Jason,

I dug into this and found a PCN(product change notification) that was issued a while back. I also noticed that it was sent to Avnet and shows up on the Avnet PCN lookup system.
