  • Hi Vinod,

    The power stage designer tool really useful for calculating transformer turn ratio and getting a first pass on current and voltage stresses on the primary and secondary side switches.

    Its quick to download and install,

    There are a number of good magnetics design guide in the TI library,

    These should be helpful in designing the transformer.

    TI does have a push-pull reference design at this power level. You may consider a full bridge as an alternative option at these power level, something like the LM5045 may be an alternative to look at.
