TPS563201: i am getting switching noise at output of 5v

Hi,

I am getting switching  noise at output. I have attached schematic and results.I have also tries with 100pf capacitor at output to remove the noise. But it does not work.

I have tried with 20Mhz bandwidth limit at that time i am not able to see this switching noise.

    Vishal,

    Some switching noise is is to be expected.  That does not look excessive.  If you cannot live with it, you may want to experiment with some other capacitor values such as 1000 pF, or possibly an RC snubber form the SW node to ground.  Another possibility is to follow the regulated output with a ferrite bead and additional filter capacitor.  You may also want to examine your PCB layout for possible improvements.  TPS563201 is somewhat trick to layout due to the device pinout.
