The input current overshoots when the Power supply turn on, the current waveform as below:
CH1: Gate driver waveform
CH3: Inductance current waveform
Is this normal? I worry that the inductance may be saturated at the time of starting up. thx

From your waveform, I do not see the saturated risk for PFC inductor.
Can you check whether at this moment UCC28180 trigger OCP?
If OCP function can work normally, this kind of current should not have risk for MOS,

have you check the ocp function? it is important to protect Mos using OCP function.
