Hi all,

I have a query regarding the selection of switching frequency for the DC - DC converter for automotive application. For example in case of LM53625-Q1 why is the switching frequency 2.1 Mhz. What criteria is to be adhered?

The consideration is to pass EMI standard in Automotive. This is the criteria.

Thank you for the reply. To avoid EMI, what is the range of switching frequency for Buck Boost converters. Is the upper limit of switching frequency decided based on the minimum output voltage from the converter?
