TPS2379: TPS2379 support LLDP layer-2 power negotiation

Eddie, Yes, the TPS2379 can support LLDP.  In fact, all of our PoE PD controllers can support this data-driven power management approach as the technique itself requires a data path independent from the PD controller and power path.
