What’s the working condition of Q1? How to determine the value of R7, R8 and R9? Could you please provide the calculation process?

Hi Wang,

TPS2596 is our latest eFuse which can be considered as a replacement for TPS2596.

Please have a look at the application note below for Precision Power limiting solution using TPS2596

But this part is not recommended for new designs.
