TLC59208F: The led driver doesnot give the correct period

The first period waveform which shows a period of 902 msec is taken at the value 23.

The second period waveform which shows a period of 940 msec is taken at the value 24.

    Why don't you try the big value until it reaches 1000ms?

    In your previous questions, the value 23 of the global blinking period achieved is almost 960 - 980 milli seconds. What's the difference between previous result and the test result in your waveform?

I tried with higher values. With 25 it gives a period of around 980 msec and with value 26 it gives a period of around 1020 msec. 

To answer your second question there is no difference between the two results, I just got confused with the value of period achieved. Its 25 at which the period of around 980 msec is achieved.

So the problem that the actual period of 1000 msec is not achieved still exists.

Yes you are quite right, the period value of 1000 msec is critical for our application. Can you suggest some other IC which can provide the period of 1000 msec for blinking.
