Does PCH_BTNIN# of TPS650930 directly copy from PWRBTN# ? If yes, How many time delay (mini-second or micro-second) from PWRBTNIN# to PCH_BTNIN#?

I've measured on our EVM boards; the time delay from PWRBTNIN# be asserted to PCH_PWRBTN# be asserted is about 30mS on both PMIC devices: TPS650830: TPS650930.
