As part of small geometry assessment we need to determine if the feature size of the component is <90nm?

Hi Philip,

The TL1431 is an old bipolar device so it should not be since 90nm is a cmos process.

Can you help me understand how the TL1431-Q1 is being used and why do you need an automotive grade?

I agree that the feature size is lightly to be more than 90nm but I need proof.
