TPS62063: Minimum current flow before entering power save mode

Hi Support Team,

I took a look into the data sheet but cant find information about the minimum current which should drain at the exit to prevent the ic entering automatically power save mode.

Can you provide me with the information and location of it?

Hello,

you can have a look at the efficiency curves for your Vin and Vout. There is a local minimum (like a cusp point) and at this point you can see the load current, this is the value where the device enter in PSM. I attached here an example.
