Can you clarify what you mean by die power dissipation?

Is this something we can calculate using the thermal information on the datasheet?

If the customer will be using the thermal information, is the equation below applicable to compute for the power dissipation?

Hi Carlo,

Yes that is correct. It is more flexible than a power dissipation number because it takes into account the ambient temperature.
