Hi Team,

my customer is using TPS51362 and TPS51367 as solution and wanted to ask ,

do we have the AC spec of SW's max Voltage rating data to provide?

Andy,

There is no additional AC specification, but the 30 VDC rating is far above the maximum recommended DC input voltage of 22 V. That should allow more than enough margin for ant switch node overshoot.

since customer's testing team wanted to test the max transient spec of the device, so let's why I ask the question,

one further question is that, is our max voltage rating of SW node is testing with DC or AC ?

Andy,

Our team did not originally develop TPS51362, so I do not know the specific details. However I can tell you that generally the abs max specifications come from the process specification and are not specifically tested for each device.

The ABS table rating of SW is DC, but no AC spec found for this part as John said.
