I want to request a board of TIDA00858. I work in TI, and I work in south campus. Could you tell me how to request. Thanks.

Now I have a energy harvesting project for smart lock, here is the requirement for the active rectifier, could you provide a solution for that:

Scenario1：

Input signal Type： 2 phase AC

Input Frequency: 1~800Hz

Input voltage range: -15V~15V

Input current:  300mA

Scenario2：

Input signal Type： 3 phase AC

Input Frequency: 1~800Hz

Input voltage range: -15V~15V

Input current:  300mA

    Hi Songzhen Guo,

    The TIDA-00858 is not orderable from TI store and we dont have them built.

    But design files are available and you can build them on your own as well.

    300mA, 800Hz and _15V+15V AC input, you may need to choose a MOSFET with lower gate charge.

    Total gate charge supported is based on 40uA charge pump current. dQ/dT = I_charge, which gives Q = 40uA / 800Hz = 50nC of total gate charge.
