LM5005: IC BURNED & pin no 19,18,17 short with pin 15,16

Hi I have Design DC to DC  for convert 50V TO 5V  . LM5005 burned when power plug in , then pin no 19,18,17  short with pin 15,16

    Hello Sushil,

    I don't know if I have confused myself here. On your layout, I am not seeing SW polygon getting connected to the Diode cathode, and IS pin getting connected to the Diode anode. If I am wrong, and they are connected from some other layer. Then, please share the complete layout. Make sure your layout meticulously follows the layout given EVM user guide, which you can find in the 'design & development' tab of the product folder.
