LM5005: LM5005

Part Number: LM5005

When using the LM5005 in inverted operation (i.e. creating a negative output voltage), what should the exposed pad on the back of the device be connected to?  Is it supposed to still connected to Agnd & Pgnd (which are now not "Ground", or should it still be connected to Ground with via holes for the maximum possible heatsinking?
