Can you specify the discharging time of active output discharge of TLV767?
Of course, you don't need to guarantee, it's preferable as just reference.
If it is available, please show me the calculation formula with appropriate parameter(e.g. output voltage, decoupling cap...).

The pull-down is described in the datasheet as follows:
This translates roughly to a 2K pulldown resistance. This is not strong but enough to help keep the output pulled down when disabled.
The time to pulldown the output would be the RC time constant defined by this and whatever output capacitance is at the output.
