I was hoping you can share how this EVM can be used to test TPS65296 as is listed on the EVM page.

65295 and 65296 are Pin To Pin solutions, only 65295EVM released, you need apply 65296 IC and rework 65295 to 65296 on 65295EVM, you can refer to 65295 users guide and 65296 datasheet to test it.

Can you please advise how to simulate TPS65296 eval Board schematic using TINA?

No TINA tool available for this part, so just suggest apply 65296 IC and 65295EVM to do test for evaluation.
