About On time generator in COT Buck

Hello,

The On-Time-Generator is composed with "One-shot Timer" and "Minimum Off Timer".

I know how the COT works that switch is on only when Vfb goes down than Vref.

Could you explain detail how the "One-shot Timer" and "Minimum Off Timer"?
