Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC21520
Hi Team,
We would like to know the Switching Characteristics of this Q1 part.
Because the commercial part of UCC21520 is defined that Switching Characteristics on the datasheet as bellow.
For example, the min value of tPDHL is defined on the datasheet of the commercial part but there are no min value on the datasheet of Q1 part.
Can we refer the min value same as commercial part?

Also we would like to know the distribution of tDM. Or the min and typ value of the spec will be also ok if the distribution data is not acceptable.
Because our customer need to know the balance (or distribution )of min and max) of those spec.
