LMG3410R070: LMG3411R070

Part Number: LMG3410R070
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMG3411R070

Hi,

I designed a SEPIC converter using the LMG3411R070. I am currently working on the control loop for the system and I was wondering if I could drive the transistor with the PWM from an FPGA. What is the required current for the PWM signal into the IN pin for the drivers?

  • Hello Francisco,

    Thank you for contacting us.

IN pin for LMG3411R070 has a 150kohm pull down resistor. Assuming 5V is applied to the IN pin, the current draw will be 33uA. If you are considering the current draw during switching transition, it will depend on the parasitic capacitance.

    Hope this answers your question.

    Regards,
