I am working on BQ40Z60. When battery is not fully charged and the load is connected, at the same

time if suppose adapter is also connected. Will the adapter (charger) drive both the battery as well as

the load??? If yes, how much would it drive through each element. When the configurations are in sealed

mode.

    Mihir,

    If there is a charger connected that will be the largest potential in the system which means current will flow from it. The current will flow to the load as needed. So if you system load is less than what the charger can supply the battery will be charged at the difference of the two. If the load if larger than the charger your battery will supply the extra charge. 

    This all hinges on the circuit itself. There are physical items that could impact the current flow, for example, FETS.
