One of my customers is evaluating our GAN solutions on LMG3411EVM-031. They also would like to build simulations.

Do we have TINA/Spice models for our GAN devices?

For the encrypted model of the EVM, you can find it online here. If the unencrypted model is needed, please contact your local TI sales.
