Our customer is requesting for the Junction to board (theta JB) and Junction to case (theta JC) information for TPS77633D.

    Hi Jonathan, 

    TPS776 is an older device; therefore, the datasheet presents the thermal information in a different way than our newer devices.  The following table for Dissipation Ratings is meant to convey the same information.
