Hi,
I'm curently trying to design a bidirectionnal switch and I decided to go for a dual back-to-back LM5069 solution. I prototyped it with 2x LM5069EVAL boards but without the dv/dt control, it worked well.
The use case is to be able to control (switch ON / OFF) a power bus in which curent can flow in both directions.
Here are the main specs:
Voltage:
- 25V min
- 55V typical
- 60V max
Current:
-15A max
Capacitive load:
-1000uF max
The devices will be driven by a MCU by the UVLO pin.
I followed the step indicated in the excel file to design this schematic but would like a review of it.
In copy you will find the excel file completed with my specifications and the schematic I've done.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Victor G.
Hi Victor,
Welcome to E2E!
The design and schematic connections looks good.
What is your application use case and end product ?
