TPS2552: ILIM Voltage vs Actual Current Limit

Hi,

Could you please tell me each voltage which is generated between ILIM and GND for TPS2552DBVT(SOT-23 package) when the closest 1% resistor(Rilim) which is mentioned in TPS2552 data sheet is connected between ILIM and GND?
Additionally, does the voltage between ILIM and GND change due to the output current?

Hi,

As I remember the ILIM pin internal have 400uA current source(need confirm) , so you can use this parameter to calculate the ILIM pin voltage .

The lower voltage in this pin the higher current limit threshold be setting.

Thank you for your response.

If 400uA is a constant current source, connecting 15kΩ ~ 226kΩ between ILIM and GND, ILIM pin will be 0.60V ~ 9.04V. If this is correct, the voltage at the ILIM pin will exceed the supply voltage.
So, could you please double-check it?

Please tell me the fixed voltage for ILIM pin and also tell me the current limit threshold if ILIM pin is kept floating.
Additionally, is my understanding correct that ILIM voltage is independent of the output current?

For power switch, the ILIM voltage is almost fixed no matter how your current change.
