LM22670: out put Voltage over 10V

Part Number: LM22670

LM22670MRX-5.0/NOPB, the output voltage should be within 4.75-5.25V, but our test result for NG parts shows 11.7V, 10.6V, we test with other good PCB still have same problem, we checked the boot capacitor and change it, this didn't influence the result, therefore, we believe this is the IC problem, please help check and advice what's the problem?

Hi,

Do you have the schematic for your design?

Also, is the VOUT follows VIN in this case? If yes, i would check the routing of Vout back to the FB pin and make sure that you have the fixed 5V option used for the IC
