TPS61028: Confirm if EN pin have the high side clamp diode

Hi Team,

Our customer would like to confirm if the TPS61028 :

-Is the EN pin on the TPS61028 does not have clamp diodes since the absolute max specs say it can take –0.3 V to 7 V?
-If the above answer is yes, will there be no voltage present on the VBAT and SW pins but there is a logic level signal on the EN pin that current will not be consumed by the EN pin?

Please let me know if you need more information from the customer.
