BQ40Z60EVM-578: The bq40z60 battery stops seeing

I use bq40z60 connected via SMBus to the Q7 processor module. The problem is that when i restart Windows 10, the bq40z60 battery stops seeing. I also have another laptop battery (dell), which is seen after reboot. I see by the logic analyzer that when rebooting, Q7 requests register 0x44 from the bq40z60 and from another laptop battery. At the request of register 0x44, the battery dell answers NAK, and the battery bq40z60 answers ACK and transmits register data (see pic). For Q7,  the control register with the address 0x44 stores BatterySystemInfo, and for bq40z60 it is AlternateManufacturerAccess. Having read the incorrect value from 0x44 register Q7 shows that the battery is not connected.

Is it possible to make so that at the request of 0x44 registers bq40z60 answers NAK or a fixed value?
