UCC20225-Q1: Is this device only for 48V system?

Hi team,

Is UCC20225-Q1 only for 48V system?

Datasheet says it is suitable for 48V application. On the other hand, datasheets also says channel to channel voltage allows upto 700V.
Is it OK to use this device for HV system, such as 600V application?

Thanks for your question.

Yes, UCC20225-Q1 can work on 600V bus, and provide the basic isolation between input and output within the working isolation limits.

Thank you for your quick response.

Do you mention functional isolation between high side and low side SW?
Datasheet says LV PWM input side and HV gate driving side has basic isolation.

If it is OK for basic isolation, I want to use this devise for 600V application.

Yes, sorry, Input/output have basic isolation and appropriate for 600V application like you mentioned.
