Can you advise the TI pin to pin solution can replace MCP121-300 directly.

Key spec:

--120ms delay time around

--up to +125°C Ambient temperature

--pin to pin

    Hi Eric,

    We currently don't have anything exactly pin to pin to the MCP121. We have the TLV863M, but it is 4.63V threshold only. A better device I can recommend is the TLV803E, which has the same package but switched around pins, and is still open drain. Most of the current options available have 200ms time delay, but we can work around that if we need to for a customer to 100ms.
