Hello.
I want to replace STC4054 device for LI ION/LitPol charging.
I'm trying to choose the charger device from BQ24296M and BQ25895M.
For BQ24296M i can see the following distinctions:
- lim is set up by external R
- fixed switching frequency
- Isys = 3.5
- no PMID output
Are there any other principal differences between these two devices?
System requirements are:
1. Power path. IC has one input and two outputs. The first output is for system supply, the second one is for battery charging. When the input voltage disappears, IC switches system supply to battery.
2. Shipping (sleep) mode.
3. Vsys (Vout) = 3.3...4.3V.
