Hi Liu,

Schematic connections looks good.

In the design sheet, Ron should be entered at operating Tj (F28 cell = 14 mOhm), which pushes operating Tj (F39) to 118C. So, you have to select low Ron and stronger SOA current supported FET such as CSD19536KTT.

A single FET driven by GATE pin is good enough for this design. We can remove V2 FET. Can you update the design sheet and send me for review.

Hi Liu,

Still low Ron FET is needed to have SOA margin at 85C ambient operation.

In cell F28, you need to enter 8mOhm * 1.6 (Rds_on factor at Tj) = 12.8mOhm This design can support up to 65C operating ambient temperatures.
