    Hi Minqi,

    I assume you're asking the difference between UCC27512MDRSTEP and UCC27512DRST.

    If so, the difference is the recommended operating conditions which for UCC27512MDRSTEP is -55C to 125C while UCC27512DRST has a range of -40C to 140C.
