Rinj is used to hook up secondary of bode plotter injection transformer across. It is not needed for device operation, rather, is provided in aiding in loop analysis testing.
EN can withstand the voltage that of VIN up to is ABSMAX as specified in the datasheet.
For highest efficiency (at high loads) the biggest hook would be reducing the loss associated with the DCR of the output inductor and switching loss. This can be achieved by selecting an inductor with low DCR and designing the converter for low switching frequency, ie: 400kHz.
For high efficiency at low loads, selecting an output FB divider with RFBT = 1M can aid in reducing input current.
PGOOD is open drain output. With device out of regulation, fault can be signified with LED by having LED with current limiting and appropriate biasing configuration.
