TPS62291: why can't i see TPS62291TDRVRQ1?

We need TPS62291 to satisfy 105C Ta, while we can see TPS62290TDRVRQ1,TPS62293TDRVRQ1,not TPS62291TDRVRQ1.

And I am curious about that Tj of TPS62290 is 125C ,the same with TPS62290TDRVRQ1, all other power loss and thermal resistor parameter is almost the same,why Ta of TPS62290 is 85C,but TPS62290TDRVRQ1 is 105C?

    Hi,

    You are correct, there is no Q1 version of the TPS62291. 

    Even though the Q1 and non Q1 part have similar performance, the Q1 part is rated for operation at higher temperature.

    If you need the Q1 qualification then perhaps you could use the TPS62290TDRVRQ1 instead of the TPS62291, the only modification you would have to make is to add a feedback resistor divider to set the output voltage at 3.3V.
