I would like to know the median and the standard deviation of 97-kHz frequency in TLC59116-Q1. In the datasheet, there is only a statement of this frequency at the block diagram and it would be hard to estimate how this frequency differs by device or by temperature or by current. If you have any information possible to be shared with us, can you share it with us?\
