TPS61071: Inductance impact in output

Last Friday, customer tells me that they solved the problem, so I have closed the post which written in Friday.

But at weekend,customer said it haven't been solved.So I post this new one.

Got it. Please advice customer to check again about the soldering and the components. Have they replace a new IC before repeat the test? If so, please share the waveform of Vi, SW, EN, Vout with me.  Thank you~

And the same question in another post: what's the Isat of the inductance? And the GND at pin 2 is weak. The route should be wider and short to the GND polyon.

Thanks for your kindly reply. I have asked customer to test again the 61071 and haven't got the answer yet.

Here are more detail about this case.

Customer use 61071 to boost 4V to 5V.

The Vin and SW are bothe 3.96V and very stable. The EN=3.3V, is alsoe stable.

Vout is 3.5V and stable. After 10 minutes, the output changes from 3.5V to 1.7V. When power-off and power-on again, the output is 1.7V and stable..

As we aligned in the call, please help to check:

1. Please check If the components are healthy and the soldering is reliable before the test.

2. We still need the waveform of SW, FB, Vin, Vout, especially the period Vout rise to 3.5V and fall to 1.7V.

3. Record the Iin during the test. (If have a current probe, please also measure the current of inductance. )
