Hi team,

For signal grounding and power grounding, are all signal grounds grounded to the EP of IC first, and then connected to a ground plane through EP?

How pgnd1 and pgnd2 ground to the recommended grounding?

For recommendation way, it seems it will have a ground ring. Thanks.

    HI Jeff, 

    1. EP should be connected to ground plane on mother board through multiple vias on EP pad. 

    2. Connect all signal ground to AGND pin (pin12) first, then connect AGND pin to EP. 

    2. PGND1 and PGND2 can be connected to EP directly.
